Shipping & returns

Free shipping on orders from €55. Orders leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days.

Shipping costs

Prices include VAT. The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time

We dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we contact you by email or phone. Pre-order items ship after the date shown on the product page; orders that contain pre-order items are shipped together.

Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, sealed and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. To start a return, email info@vigornsage.com; we will send instructions on how and where to send the package. Parcels sent back without a return request cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once we have received and checked your return, we let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may need a few days to process it.

Damaged or wrong items

Please check your order on arrival. If something is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us straight away at info@vigornsage.com and we will put it right.

Cancelling an order

Email us within 2 days of placing the order. If the order has already shipped, transport costs may be charged.
