These Sales Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands.

Pricing: All prices are in Euro and are shown including value added tax. The total cost of the purchase will appear before the order and include all costs associated with the purchase such as fees and delivery costs.

TERMS OF SALE AND DELIVERY
Processing of orders and deliveries: All orders from the online store will be shipped out within 1-3 business days after the order is received. In case a certain product is not available in stock, you will be contacted by email or phone. The online store only ship orders to some European countries.
Shipping costs are shown at check-out process in online store.
Payment: All orders from the online store are paid via 3rd party secure Payment platform.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and sealed in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
VIGOR & SAGE processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act. Information that can be linked to you as a person will never be made available to other businesses or linked to other external registers. When you shop at VIGOR & SAGE, the payment is processed by 3rd party Payment platform (Stripe), which is a secure electronic payment solution. No card information is stored in our online store.
RETURN OF GOODS
Cancellation: If you wish to cancel the order, you must contact VIGOR & SAGE by e-mail with 2 days after placing order. Related transport costs will be charged if the goods are already shipped out from stock.
WARRANTY & COMPLAINT:
Please inspect the products upon reception. In case of defective item, damaged or if you receive a wrong item, please contact us immediately by email, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
